I have extensive training and clinical experience in cognitive behavioral therapy. I would describe my approach to treatment as solution focused and collaborative. Problem solving and stress management are frequently utilized in therapy with my clients.

Areas of Interest

I work with individuals with a variety of issues. Treating anxiety and depression from a cognitive behavioral perspective is a specialty of mine. I also have an interest in working with individuals with cardiac issues as well as other health related concerns.
